The DalaiLama Village offers its guests rebirth Saturdays .
Rediscover yourself by practicing the arts of well-being, among the oldest on the planet .

Guests will be given the opportunity to sign up for short seminars held by teachers of various holistic disciplines .
What could be better than going on holiday and returning with a "treasure" of well-being to share with those you love?
CALENDAR AND PROGRAM
  • Saturday 20 April - " The Centre, the Whole" - Practice oriented towards the discovery of one's own psycho-physical centre, basis and matrix of all well-being, original point of stability and peace.
    • The teacher Maurice Mondello, through the art of Qigong, will accompany you in this exploration. Teacher at the Morishin Dojo - The flower of the free.
  • Plan :
    • 4pm - 6.30pm practice;
    • Shared herbal tea.
 
  • Saturday 25 May - "So-ham": this is me" - A day of well-being to discover breathing practices and body movement.
    • The day is hosted by Michela Herera: Yoga Csen and Yoga Alliance teacher. Her love of travel led her to periods of practice and training between Thailand, India and Tuscany. For a few months her practice on the mat has been accompanied by the precious experience of motherhood: Vera is her little great teacher of presence;
  • Plan :
    • 11am - 12.30pm Yoga;
    • h1pm - 3.30pm vegetarian lunch at a cost of €23;
    • 3.30pm - 5.00pm Yoga;
    • followed by: herbal tea and final circle.
  • Saturday 22 June - "Taiji, long life practices" - Taijiquan, the art of long life, has its origins in Taoist philosophy. Relaxation, balance, fluidity are just some of the key words that arise when thinking about this age-old art.
    • Elena Careggio, Taiji and Qi Gong teacher in Aosta, has been carrying out her activity for years now, accompanying her students to discover the natural movement of the body.
  • Plan :
    • 4pm - 6.30pm practice;
    • Shared herbal tea.
  • Saturday 20 July - "The magic of sound" - Being defined.



Registration for each day requires the payment of 10 euros each, a symbolic amount that is paid to the teachers.
